This is a section that has been under construction for several weeks, and right now there is a roundabout where they have enabled traffic in the opposite direction, as can be seen in this update request:
Looking at the images, it doesn’t look like a roundabout (I’m referring to WME). In this case, you can temporarily set the segments to two-way, but remember to put them back how they were once the construction is finished.
