Reason: The point where the u-turn segment intersects the frontage road should be moved south of https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=27.55573&lon=-99.50357&zoomLevel=19&segments=508799997 as a barrier prevents those coming from the u-turn to turn right directly at the last PL.
