First Street in Prosper only allows eastbound traffic while they are widening the road, a project that has been going on for months. The one-way road part of the project will likely last until early August, when a new High School opens along that road and the school administration has said one lane each direction will be open. This section of road begins at the intersection of First and Coit, then continues east along First St until the intersection with Whitley Place Drive. I have attached an image of the section that is eastbound traffic only (highlighted in light blue). My account is not yet authorized to make edits. Please help.
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. I have placed a closure preventing westbound traffic set to expire on 6 August. Does that sound pretty close?
I think so, my guess is that they will be working on it right up until school starts. If not, hopefully someone who is able to remove it will notice that it is open in both directions again. Thanks for adding this, it looks great!
