Where can I request to reinstate my editor level back to level 3. It has been temporarily downgraded to level 2.

Waze has recently downgraded editors who have been inactive for over half a year. If i’m correct you have not edited since 2014, so that’s why.
Currently you have ~2500 edits, and normally level 3 is granted from 25.000 edits.
My suggestion would be to read up on the wiki on latest rules and and developments of WME, te be up-to-date.
It might seem a long way to 25k edits, but I think there’s enough work to do in Qatar, AND early upgrades are always possible, based on your edit quality.
