EL to MB - R349 SL

Hi

I was in Morgan Bay for a wedding this past weekend and on the way from East London on the R349 I saw a few places where the SL is incorrect. I logged an error in one location where it was 80km/h but signs displayed were 100km/h, an example is below.

The R349 is only open for Level 3 editors so could I get some help to either change the SL or unlock the segment and I will change the SL.

Unlocked the whole road to L2 for you. Shout if there are other sections you need.
