Dear Community Members,

We’re super excited to announce that the registration for the in-person 2023 EMEA Mega Meetup is now open, and this year we will be seeing all of you in Barcelona, Spain!

We have heard your feedback and therefore are returning to an in-person only format for Mega Meetups. As you’ve shared, the virtual format does not allow us to include everyone in the more interactive and confidential sessions, which account for a large portion of our Mega Meetups, and negatively impacts the overall experience for both in-person and virtual participants.

Meetup Details
Location: Barcelona, Spain | Hotel: Sofitel Barcelona Skipper
Dates: September 8 - 10, 2023 (from Friday evening to Sunday noon)

High Level Agenda:

  • Friday, September 8: Check-in, registration & self-COVID tests (no visual check), reception & dinner
  • Saturday, September 9: Staff Presentations, Workshops, dinner and a fun social activity
  • Sunday, September 10: Staff & Community Presentations, Roundtables and Q&A Panel. The Meetup will end with a goodbye cocktail reception around 2:00 PM

  • If you’d like to attend, please fill out this form by Sunday, June 4th, 2023.
  • IMPORTANT - Please note that registering does not guarantee your spot. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
  • Make sure you have a valid (not expired) passport before applying.

Important Details - Please read:

  1. Do not book your own flights. Once your attendance is confirmed, our travel agents will contact you.

  2. We are aware that some of you may plan to attend with your family members.
    Please note that we will not cover any expenses for additional guests, nor can we place them on the same flight as you. Also, they will not be able to join any of the Meetup’s sessions.

  3. Waze covers 2 nights hotel accommodation (Friday and Saturday) for Mega Meetups. Waze will cover a 3rd night ONLY IF your flight itinerary or driving distance (more than 4 hours drive by car in each direction) requires this. This should be approved by email before you confirm your flight itinerary.
