Please update the Map for closure of West Street, near Wheelers Lane, in Epsom. It’s been closed all day today heading in to Epsom town centre but shows as open on Waze.
Hi there. Thanks for letting us know about this closure. It looks like it’s for a burst water main, given that it apparently started at 18:28 yesterday evening!
I’ve added the closure here. I alos found an upcoming one-way closure for gas main replacement at the end of the month, so I’ve added that one too. :mrgreen:
Thanks Ian. Yes, there was a burst water main, but also 3 weeks of upcoming work, with changing road closures to make it difficult! It’s the main roadinto Epsom from the west so going to cause chaos for 3 weeks…
