Starting with URs on November 13th, 2024, I am seeing this issue in the USA on beta and production WME.

I’m also seeing this in NA production WME. Hopefully this can be fixed soon because it makes diagnosing URs more difficult.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. I’m glad to update you that new URs should not have the excessive turn signs anymore.

For existing URs with excessive turn signs, we’re currently evaluating the best course of action. We’ll provide further updates once we find a solution.

I’ve checked my old report that showed wrong turn signs on every intersection. Now it looks correctly.

Hi Everyone,

We are glad to announce that we’ve deployed a fix for NA and ROW, for the existent incorrect turn signs in purple routes in URs.

As mentioned before, new URs should not have the excessive turn signs anymore.
