Excessive turn signs in UR route

I’ve met several URs in Tel-Aviv area, where the Waze provided route shows turn signs on straight streets. It happens both in Prod and Beta, also in incognito mode.

A user in the last UR complains about a public transportation line shown in lane guidance as open for everyone. So, I guess the users didn’t receive the shown excessive turn instructions, it’s the WME problem.

Yesterday I had reported a wrong keep left instruction, and this morning found many turn signs in my report. I definitely didn’t receive them during my route.

Just in case, I sent Waze logs this morning (about 6:30 AM Israel time, October 11).

Hi, I can confirm this happens for me as well with 99% of all URs in Jerusalem.
Actually, the situation is so bad that you can’t even understand the context of the drive with this mess, leaving me and the reporter frustrated, as I have to ask questions to get all the details.

This has to be fixed ASAP. Working like that with many URs is almost impossible.

Is anyone able to confirm, is there any impact to the drivers or is this only a visual problem we as editors are seeing? Do we need to address this with reporters in URs?

I’m sure the users don’t see these turn instructions. Here’s my earlier post.

I meet similar URs every day. When the users added comments or answered to questions, they never complained to many turn instructions on their straight routes.

I dropped an UR yesterday and didn’t noticed excessive turns while driving.
But I do see them in the UR path

That was my own UR.

I confirm it only affects the visuals in the WME and not the app.

Almost all URs in São Paulo Brazil are like this.

iOS and Android displays instructions at all nodes on the route.

From what we have tested, it is only a visual issue in WME and for the driver these instructions are not displayed.
