Thanks for posting. It doesn’t look like there are any segments selected in your permalink. Can you please reply with a permalink to the relevant segments you wish to update, as well as a reason for the changes?

Hi i have attached the permalink above.
There is still nothing selected when I click on the permalink. Please select the relevant road segments you wish to edit before generating the permalink - this ensures that they are included in the link.
Please also specify the reason you are requesting the unlock.
i selected the road then copied the link :

The reason for this change is because we recently moved to a new development that is attached to this road and the roads are not being shown.
Thank you. The road is included in your final permalink, and is now reduced to L1 for you to edit.
