A single user has been falsely reporting police for greater than one year in the same two locations every morning and every evening nearly. Is there a way to limit this reporting capability. It is decreasing the quality of information that you are displaying on your app.

Just North of Bartholomew Rd on Munn Rd in Auburn Township of Geauga county.
