Reason: Speed limit change is in the wrong place, which means every time a user with Waze user goes down this road near the speed limit, waze indicates that the speed limit is being exceeded.

I’ve also downed the other carriageway if you really think 70ft is critical for the limit change (based on Street View, July 2023), or am I missing something?
Thanks for unlocking the level! I wouldn’t say it’s critical per se, but every false trigger of the speed limit alert increases the chance of people ignoring it, which removes the value from the feature (and in this case, it was really annoying me as I drive down this road quite often 
).
I’ve made the change now, couldn’t find an easy way of creating a new segment, but it looks about right.

I’ve matched the other carriageway for consistency, the one on which the road paint exists.
Create, then delete, a side road without saving, at the point of division, is the easiest way. Toolbox ‘split segment’ doesn’t always do it at the required position.
