I’m using ASUS ZenFone 5 (A501CG), ANDROID version 4.4.2, WAZE version 4.24.0.2
Now I facing a favorites list problem, when I started “EDIT” such as move up and down the favorite items, after finished then click “DONE”, go back to main menu and open up again “FAVORITES”, by right it would be after the edition, but my problem is it would become the beginning as before edition.
I was try uninstall and reinstall WAZE app, and still remain the same problem.
And I try to install on other device and use my account, that device I can edited my favorites list, and go back to my ZenFone 5, is still remain the beginning.
I think is WAZE app somethings bugs for this model phone, hope no longer you’ll solve the bugs, thank you.
Hi, I don’t face the issue on my Zenfone 2 (ZE-551ML).
Would advice that you open a ticket with Waze on this.
