FC maps (finally) found for Wyoming

Updated https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/National_resources/USA/Functional_classification to reflect the fact that I finally found a location for Wyoming’s functional classification statewide map, updated from ‘Not found’.

This is the statewide map only, but there is enough resolution in the PDF to work out what’s going on and perform map updates appropriately. There are other urban maps which are not linked in this location; for instance, the FC map particular to Laramie, located at http://wy-laramie.civicplus.com/DocumentCenter/View/5442 .

Did this get changed after your update? The wiki is back to showing “Not Found” for Wyoming.

Its been crazy difficult to find good functional, high res maps for WY! None that I have found plainly label roads for functional classification (primary etc). Even just trying to find online maps seems to be difficult.
The best I have found so far are similar to this:

I have FC classification maps by county for Wyoming. They are much more detailed than the current statewide PDF. I am looking for a way to host these, and also finding out if WYDOT can get them posted online.

I can access those files via dropbox. Seems to work good. So glad to finally have a source for this information! Hopefully someday WY will modernize and just put it all online like other states :slight_smile:

Great! Good to hear. I haven’t started going through any of these at all… still finishing Oregon and started Idaho.
