I can see Waze users on the rout driving towered me
and there icon disappear behind me.
but i never saw a Waze user driving with me.
I expected to see a user Waze icon moving along the rout WITH MY DRIVING.
Is it programmable?
Quick answer, not programmable by you.
The refresh of other Wazers is not real time. Their icons refresh at a certain interval (20 seconds comes to mind). So the other Wazer’s movements will be a bit erratic. Not keeping up with you even if they are in the same car as you.
Ok that i understand but the icon is ALWAYS MOVING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM-Towered me.
why not for example from bottom to top
From top to bottom give the impression that they move towered me.
BUT NEVER seen moving WITH ME !!! from bottom to top !!!

I think it’s more like 2 minutes. It also won’t show as accurately on the live map. Try tracking a friend you have on both google latitude and waze! 
You need to understand this is not designed for tracking people. Just to give some kind of idea who is around, the ability to see people’s points and rank, and to ping them.
Roughly 2 minutes, and when they refresh that is their actual location at that point in time (Live Map is different however). Pings and Chit Chat also cause immediate updates as well, but I’m not sure which end the chat bubble drops on (think it’s receiver).
If you are on the same road, and traveling the same direction, and they are in front of you, you will usually see a fellow wazer’s icon sometimes behind and sometimes in front of you. If they are behind you, their icon will always be behind you. If driving the opposite direction, you will only see them coming at you and then behind you.
The reason for non-real time is privacy and we cannot override that setting as it is controlled by Waze at the server.
I did see allot of people driving with me.
If you pass someone (on screen) and they show up in front of you again in a few minutes, that indicates that the other driver is driving with you
Well you are all saying what i say (ask).
The icon of a fellow waze should TRAVEL WITH ME when both
are traveling the same direction.
But may be ,since the delay of up date is long, the program
cannot follow in real time.
You can see that the icons never move upward ( passing my car).
The program is not perfect.
The Icon’s do NEVER move.
To protect the privacy of every user the icons do refresh every 2 minutes.
So the stand still for 2 minutes. Then they disappear and also reappear on another location.

The icons do NOT travel in real time and will never travel in real time. This is by design as stated several times in the posts prior to this one.
