Finished closure preventing updating segments

I want to change the direction of following segments, but it looks like closures, although finished, prevent me doing so.

thank you for freeing those segments from that sticky closure!

Hi Fkzy,

Thank you for the report. The issue is that there is an active closure on the turn in the direction of the segment.

The behaviour of RTC on turns is the same as for usual closures.
