Hang on: before unlocking locked roads, can we at least spell out out exactly what the problem is? There is a continuous center turn lane that makes left turns possible–both off of and onto Route 114–at virtually any point in those permalinks. Unless a specific street/parking lot/etc. has a “no left turn” sign, there is no reason any turn onto any intersecting street should be restricted.

Agreed, the whole street seems to have turn restriction issues. Would a level 5 editor be so kind to just fix the whole street? Otherwise a quick unlock of the various segments will let me clean things up.

Okay: I went over it from Sylvan St to Route 1. Only a couple turn restrictions are still in place, either due to a physical barrier or because the left-turn lane is designated for only one direction of travel. If you find any that I missed, please send me a permalink.
