Need to connect Fyfield Barrow to the A4146 but the segment is level 5 locked.

When I find it again there’s a segment of the A5 in Milton Keynes that has Milton Keynes as the city and is a level 5 lock - I think it’s the last segment that has Milton Keynes as the city (would love the city polygon layer to be rebuilt just to be sure)
