Hello.

Waze editor since the beginning of 2026, I am currently level 2 (5,500+ edits). I am reaching out to you because I would like to become an Area Manager in the Aveyron department, where I live.

Since joining Waze Map Editor, I have updated all the roads, streets, house numbers, places, etc., in my town, as well as in several surrounding towns and throughout Aveyron. I am also very active with road closures in the departments of Aveyron, Cantal, Lozère, and Tarn (as can be seen on the Waze France Discord, closures channel).

I also have a job (HGV driver) that allows me to travel through several departments, mainly in Occitanie and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (but many others as well). This allows me to regularly update road errors and/or modifications.

I hope my request will be accepted, and that in the future, my editing area can be expanded to the entire department. I don’t have a mentor, but I am in contact with @alfer35.
