Any idea why my forum posts score would be zero in my Waze profile, despite making plenty of posts over the last month or two?
Waze can be funny with updating the various profiles / dashboard / posts qty (on the right of each message). A quick scan to the right shows you’ve made 32 posts so far.

The forum post count in the dashboard has been broken for many months now (last updated 25th Feb 2017 to be precise :shock: ). The correct number is in your User control panel profile. I expect Waze HQ will fix it “soon”
As you may have realised by now “soon” in Waze speak is a variable between a few days and never.
