Gas station problem

Hi

after newinstalling, I can not send new gas prices. the button gas prices is missing. All others are there.

  1. What can I do, when a gas station sell other sorts than in the app are listed?

Which country are you using Waze in?

Which device do you have with which OS, and what Waze App version?

Device is a Acer E39
Android 4.4.2
App Version Release 4.8.0.2

Reporting gas prices was able on that phone before reinstalling today.

It may be that something changed in the map editor and/or that there is a place update request (PUR) on the gas station that is preventing you from updating it. Would it be possible to post a permalink or address of the gas station?

Like you said in another post you seem to be a baby Wazer, right?
As a Baby Wazer you can’t report gas prices. Staff is working on this issue.

No I am not a Baby Wazer. I am one 2 levels higher than a baby Wazer. I already had gas prices reported.

BUT

The problem is solved. I do not know why, but 24h after reinstalling, the gas price button is there again.
I think the app had not get the compled information from the server, that I am not a baby wazer. I could see the points and my status direct after reinstalling, but the gas price button first 24h later.

Schön, wenn es wieder klappt und sich das Problem so von allein gelöst hat! Demanch scheint auch im Falle von Neuinstallationen ein Updatezyklus notwendig zu sein, bis die Daten von App und Server abgeglichen sind.

Und bitte… schreib Deine nächsten Postings hier innerhalb des DACH-Forums auf deutsch! Nicht nur haben dann alle hier etwas davon, auch ist Dein Englisch wirklich nicht das beste. :wink:
