A permanently gated fire road is being used when mapping directions to Bigelow Laboratory (from anywhere off-peninsula). Instead of turning onto School Street, the directions should continue down Ocean Point Road and turn left onto Bigelow Drive.
In the attached screenshot, the portion of the road in the red rectangle is permanently closed (the gate being at the north end of the rectangle). I have highlighted the correct route in yellow.

Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting this issue. I will make some edits to correct the navigation to Bigelow Laboratory. It will take a day or two for my edits to be live in the app. To get these edits and be navigated correctly you will have to delete all previous drives to this app, including any preset favorites like work. After that, you should be navigated correctly.
When I enter a drive to Bigelow Laboratory, I am navigated on Bigelow Drive and not School St. To get these edits in your app and be navigated correctly, you will need to delete all drives to this location, including preset favorites like work. Let me know if you are now navigated correctly
