Turn from alameda Rooselt toward Prologación calle el progreso

I have tried to add the turn as allowed but it was rejected.
This is allowed because it is a right turn, and there is no signage prohibiting it.

That junction marked as not allowed causes Waze to generate routes of up to 30 additional minutes (during rush hour) even though I am less than 100 meters from the destination.
