Hello. I work at the Backcountry Information Center at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, the address being 1 Backcountry Road, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023. We have repeatedly gotten peoplewho get directions on the Waze App for the Grand Canyon West Skywalk, which is a 4 hour drive from here, and their app directs them to this office. The address for the skywalk, people tell me they click on the address on the website, 5001 diamond bar road, peach springs, az, and for whatever reason the app takes them to this office. I don’t think it happens every time and I just downloaded the app for the first time and put in the address and it gave me the correct directions. I feel horrible for the people who made reservations and then are told here that they still have a 4 hour drive, especially if they already drove from vegas and have to drive back. I don’t know why they get directions here but if there is anything that could be done, the staff here would be super grateful. Thank you
