Reason: I represent the traffic department for the City of Guelph. Is it possible to get upgraded to level 2 to adjust speed limits throughout the City? We have been updating speed limits within the City recently and have noticed that Waze and Google are not showing the updated speed limits.

Unlock to level: 2(?) I would like to be able to adjust road properties.

The Waze Map in Guelph has a number of roads that have different lock levels.

  • Local streets and parking lot roads may be at Level 1+
  • Collector Roads may be at Level 2+
  • Any roads with turn restrictions may be Level 3+
  • Arterial Roads and high traffic roads will be at Level 4+
