Not familiar enough with the map editor to fix it myself, Black Rock Road (SR 3070) where it intersects with Baltimore Street (PA 94) does not allow left turns onto Baltimore Street (to head south). There are three no left turn arrow signs near the intersections which apparently were added since the last update on Street View. It looks like somebody else reported something at that intersection on the map editor but didn’t elaborate.
Thanks for letting us know, I have made the changes - it’ll show up in the map in a few days. I’ve added comments for other editors in case other drivers report this as well.
