I am a level 1 editor and not an area manager of this location. The portion of US-62 beyond Columbus St is level 3 therefore I am unable to edit anything connecting to the Columbus St and US-62 junction.
Turns from Columbus St to US-62 South are allowed as well as turns from the opposite direction of those traveling North on US-62 onto Columbus St.
