The house numbers in Waze are correct and the 10d is also present in the correct position (and has been for many years).
I tried now with my app starting from a random position in Reykjavik, after I search as final destination “hatun 10d” and I see on the first two position of the list in waze two “Hatun 10d” one in Reykjavik and one in Vik, I clicked on the first one in Reykjavik and I got the correct routing with the position you reported as 10d.
Did you searched or wrote something different ?
Can you explain better the issue.
