Hi everybody!
As some of you heard at the APAC Mega Meetup, it’s now official! Nicole is passing the torch to me and I couldn’t be more excited to be your new Community Manager, starting today!
It was truly fantastic to meet so many of you in person at the APAC Mega Meetup! I feel like it was an incredible start to what I know will be an exciting and productive relationship. I’ve already learned so much about what makes your community unique and the challenges you face, and I absolutely can’t wait to learn even more.
For those of you who don’t know me yet, my name is Leigh. I’ve been a part of the Waze Communities Team for almost two years now. Until recently, I managed editor communities across EMEA and the Localization Community alongside Nicole.

- Speaks: English, French, and Hebrew
- Kids: 3 (they keep life interesting!)
- Pets: My adorable miniature poodle, Disco!
- Loves: Chocolate, coffee, languages, writing, travel, all things cozy, and of course, Waze!
- Hates: Soda, licorice, sailing, and waking up early (who doesn’t love a good sleep-in?).
Why I 
Waze:
It genuinely makes me a better mom! Thanks to Waze, I actually make it on time to my kids’ basketball games, parent-teacher meetings, and graduation ceremonies. Seriously, I don’t drive anywhere without it!
