I have a question.
How come I can never search anything on waze ?
For example, I search 新斗記, 太空館, nothing show up and not even on the “Google” tag in waze ?
Also, I added a couple 7-11 and HSBC on the map very close to my house.
But when I click on Categories - Bank - Convenience Store, the closet one is still really far away.
What’s up with that ?!

The google search used to work but it seems it doesn’t work sometimes. Other reason may be you use Chinese.
When you added 7-11 and HSBC, normally it will take few days to show up on the map. There is a ‘date’ show on livemap (at left bottom corner of the map) to tell you the latest map update.
By the way, have you gone through the wiki yet? There are guidelines and information for you.
Sorry I can’t test what you have done as I’m not in HK. But I believe you have not done anything wrong. Just the waze system has to be improved. Note that you can also find support from here. However, I believe most of our queries can be found in the forum.

Hello all.
This is not an issue about Hong Kong specifically. But recently in the Map Editor, sometimes I found myself unable to change the turns of a road segment: the red, green or yellow arrow simply faded out in colour. That applies to roads that are not locked for higher level editors.
Have you guys encountered similar problems?
