Help creating a new road

Hello! My house has a new address - our (long) driveway has become a road, as approved by the city. I’m trying to get the new road entered, but don’t seem to have permission. Can anyone help? The new road is called Soar Way. The city GIS shows the road at MapGeo

Thanks for the GIS link - I added Soar Way and 2 residential place points for the properties numbered 22 and 27 on Soar. The app should get these updates in 1-3 days.
