I went to bed last night ranked 665 with 74, 935 points and woke up this morning with only 62,644 points and ranked 836. that’s a lot of points to lose and most of mine are hard driven miles. will I get my points back???

Hey WVU-77! I am glad to see you found the forums. I had sent you a private message a few weeks ago but never heard back. If you need help finding your private messages please let me know. As far as the points go I wouldn’t be too worried. It is a common occurrence for them to fluctuate but they seem to always come back. If they don’t come back after a week or two then it might be time to ask someone about them.
Thank you very much! My points did come back but for the past month or so I am receiving only around 1 point per mile. I have been stuck in the 90,000 point range forever it seems. I was wondering if the rules have changed or maybe if speeding the miles don’t count. Yesterday I done a little of 200 miles and this morning I looked and only received a little over 200 points.
