Hi - I keep getting reports of clients that are being routing to the wrong location. Our address is 3705 Concord Pike Wilmington DE and our Google Map URL is https://maps.app.goo.gl/xnVkWWJXQ6WmTpVJ8 - everything is correct in Google and the pin is set and when I look in Waze it looks correct as well. I’ve tried getting help from Google but without a screenshot they say they can’t help? I am unsure how to fix this on both Waze and Google since I don’t know what is wrong (since it all looks correct from my side) and I can’t see from the client side what they are seeing. any ideas?

Hi. Thanks for posting. I believe I’ve found the problem but it does appear it’s a Google issue. If I search for “3705 Concord Pike” in Google it locates it down by AstraZeneca. Waze uses this wrong location too.
To correct this, I’ve submitted an update to Google Maps, and I’ve put in an explicit Waze pin for that address that should rectify it.

I think what happens is if people type in your street address, it gives this wrong location. If they use the business name, it’s fine.
For what it’s worth, the fix to Waze should go live in a day or so. Google can sometimes take longer and they may not accept my edit. I should get an email update when review is done and will post an update here.
