Route from Ottumwa to Cedar Rapids, Waze routes to Hwy 21, highway 21 is closed at Hwy 92 and 21 Junction. Routing from either start point tries to run the same route and isn’t avoiding the closure.
Is it completely closed or are they still using a pilot vehicle?

We have IA-21 closed on the south side of the IA-21/92 junction in Waze but I’m not seeing that as an active closure any longer on Iowa 511.
