Highway upgrade, US-27, Rockwood, TN

I need a small section of US-27 upgraded from Minor to Major due apparent damage from an inexperienced editor. Also, please check the road for any “stacked” segments where one road has been drawn directly over another, as this was found in adjacent areas. I recommend that the highway be locked at least at a Level 2 to prevent further damage. See this topic for background discussion I had with WeeeZer14:
