Homes in our subdivision do not have correct latitude and longitude

There are 22 homes on a single street with a cul-de-sac. In the Waze app, all addresses are shown as being at the center of the cul-de-sac. The following are the correct Latitude (North) and Longitude (West) for these addresses.

All addresses are on Villa Parkway, Spring Lake, Michigan 48456. Please update.

I drove here and recorded House Numbers (HNs) this evening (Oct. 20). [I mistyped this date in your Map Issue Reports (called URs by map editors) you apparently left via your Waze app.]

I repositioned all misplaced HNs and added one or two along Villa Pkwy.

NOTE: It might take several days or even weeks for these changes to appear in your Waze navigation app.

I suggest you periodically test by removing the saved (cached) Villa Pkwy destination(s) from your Waze app and then generating a fresh route to your Villa Pkwy destination(s). …

To get the updated result for this location please On your phone, go to Where to? > long-press on the entry > tap Remove drive. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done, then you will continue to get improper navigation.

If/when you discover that your Waze app navigates properly to Villa Pkwy homes, then please let us know either via your Waze app or via this MI Forum conversation.

Please respond in the app by tapping the menu button (top left) > inbox > relevant map issue. E-mail responses are not sent to us (unless you use my email address I gave you in your URs) … OR simply submit a new Map Issue Report via your Waze app and state Waze Navigation to Villa Pkwy addresses in Spring Lake works properly for you.

Routing to homes on Villa Pkwy is now working properly in my Waze app. :slight_smile:

To get the updated result for this location please On your phone, go to Where to? > long-press on the entry > tap Remove drive. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.

Please let us know how it works for you AFTER carefully clearing your cache memory as described above.
