Hello Waze Community!
Greetings from Boston! We just opened the dual-brand Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport. Our listed address is 670 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210 but the main entrance for both hotels are located at 15 Terminal Street, Boston, MA 02210. 670 Summer is a very busy road and it has been frustrating for guests to be dropped off in a location other than the main entrance. Is it possible to update the pin location for the following to drop off/pick up at 15 Terminal?

Both hotels are located in the same building. I am attaching the current route how it is displaying. The map is taking guests past the hotel to turn them around in Southie (how do you like them apples?) and then drops them off in the middle of a busy street. The desired direction is highlighted in yellow.

Hey thanks for letting us know about this location. I’ve added them to the map and they’ll be live on the app in a couple of days. The entrance points are sited on Terminal St and both are linked to connect them with Google Maps pins.
Are you able to share any photos of the hotel, in particular front door and garage setups?

Thank you so much for making those changes! I am uploading 4 photos. One of the entrances to the hotel is at 1 Drydock Ave, but that really is not a good place for guests to arrive at the hotel. Is there a way to help people know to drive past that entrance and make a right onto Terminal Street? That is quickly followed by another right into the circle of the main drive, where all guests should be directed and all cars should pick up/drop off at.
Thanks! It looks like the aerial view we have shows the outline of the hotel - clearly it’s about a year out of date. The street view photos line up well but are from last October. The entry for the hotel is now live on the app.
Please remember that as only one of quite a few mapping apps, you’ll still get complaints about routing from those using other programs.

I looked up the locations on the live map. If it isn’t too much trouble, would you mind repositioning the marker for these three locations? I’m trying to get the two separate hotels and then the street address itself to direct guests to 2 Terminal Street.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Seaport looks like it’s directing guests to 1 Drydock. There is also a Hampton Inn Boston Seaport (at the same address) that looks to still be going to Summer Street. If possible, I would also really like searches for 670 Summer Street to direct guests to 2 Terminal Street. I took a couple screenshots with arrows where it would be best for cars to drop off/pick up.

I know it’s not what you’d expect as behavior, but Waze Livemap (from the web site) actually uses google maps results to provide the geolocation for map destinations. You should try in the waze app itself on a phone to see where the actual app will take drivers.
I’ve also just added a marker for 670 Summer St, hopefully this will direct an address# search to the Terminal St stop point.
