The houses on my street were renumbered by the county to abide by the “evens on one side of the road and odds on the other” convention. Google makes it so easy to submit an update to change the house number, but it seems more difficult in Waze. I can’t speak for the entire neighborhood, but in terms of my block:
320 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 217 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
322 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 219 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
324 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 221 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
326 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 223 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
328 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 225 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
330 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 227 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554,
332 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554 is now 229 Almond Drive, Stafford VA 22554.
Can this be fixed?
Yes, it can! 
It may take a couple of days for the new numbers to make it to the app. I suggest you wait until Thursday morning, then remove your home address from your history and/or Saved Places by tapping the ‘…’ next to the destination and then ‘Remove’. Then search for the location in the Waze app. If you don’t remove the old results from your navigation and Saved Places, you will continue to be routed to the old coordinates.
And maybe ask your county what they were smoking when they assigned the original numbers!
