I am trying to create a note aera about a new road but the thing is that the KML/KMZ file I made aligns with the road.
There isn’t a way to natively add KML/KMZ files to the Waze Map Editor.
Where is the new road? We might have access to other data sources that will give us the geometry.
You can create map notes directly in WME. You could also this question in our Discord server. 
You can try this WME Geometries not sure if it still works tho
