I am a recent user of waze, have been driving around mapping, I have not been credited with any mapping on the web site, nor have my routes been added to the global data base. I am a little perplexed about this, can anybody help me?
I have wifi at home .

Welcome to waze.
A lot of this is covered in other topics, and the wiki but basically.
- Driving around gives you points and validates road speeds, directionality, and turn abilities. Caveat, once the routes are analyzed by the servers, which are behind right now, but the Waze staff is working on. See the waze status page
- If you record roads, you need to login into the map editor (cartouche) and at least name these roads (They will show as red roads till they are named). Also good practice to go ahead and set the directionality, connectivity, etc. See the wiki for best practices in editing. Without this extra details, the road will eventually be auto removed, as that is the way roads are validated (sometimes the recording creates segments where there shouldn’t be, if it doesn’t think your gps tracks match up with existing roads).
- Dashboard: Make sure that you are logging into the correct website. www.waze.com for North America, world.waze.com for everywhere else. The points and routes section are updated as the servers analyze your driven routes. Again see the waze status page, for the current status of delays in processing.
