I am a level 1 map editor and I met the level 2 req. yesterday, 1K edits. But today when I looked at it still says I’m a level 1.
Why am I not a level 2. :?: :?
You need to submit a request to be upgraded. Below is the link, fill out the require information and hit submit.

I’ve waited a week now after submitting a upgrade to my editing level, and haven’t gotten no emails or an upgrade. :evil:
How does it usually take?
Did you go to the Support FAQ and type in “Editor Rank” then follow the “Click here to send us a request to upgrade your editing rank” link? It asks for a few fields worth of information. In “More Details”, I’ve always been very specific in stating that I am Level with whatever number of current edits and would like upgrade to Level [y].
It has only taken me a few hours max to get a response from Waze Support, and it reflects in WME shortly thereafter.
Yes. I made the request. Waited 2 and a half weeks now. Nothing!!! :evil:
Please continue to be patient. The Rank advancement process is in the process of being changed, and you are likely caught in the middle.
It is unfortunate that you were not at least notified that it may take a while for your rank to change.
There also may have just been an oversight with your rank change request. You may try to send another request to see if that helps.
Meanwhile, if I see any more info regarding rank increase delays, I will return here with the info.
