How to add my business as a location?

I have a Business that I’d like to add at 1610 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20009

Whenever I try to add the location on Waze Mapa Editor, it says: You do not have permission to make some of the changes. Suggestion: Check and try again

The name is Diosa DC and you can find the Google Business right here: Google Maps

Can someone help me with that?

Have you driven in the area while using Waze? If you’re at the location, you can use the app to add it.

Hello sir, I am not in Washington DC at the moment, I am managing the business from abroad, and the guys there are not tech oriented at all…

Could someone with a higher level add this venue to the address? This place is visited by a lot of Uber drivers who are using Waze.
