I have tried asking for help on the general forum of this site but was advised that it may be better to ask in the specific country where I am facing this issue, as some of the editors here may be able to help.
The query I have is that my friend owns an automotive repair shop based in Perth and we are trying to create a business listing like one of our competitors below
We did try some of the guidelines given in this forum and on Google’s support page, particularly using the Waze app. However, we only got as far as creating the location but no information is provided when checking the listing. Example below
Am I right in thinking that there are different ways business information is displayed depending on the nature of the business? Ideally, we want to have a listing as like the first example given above.

These are simply “Places” within Waze, and are able to be added by anyone. If you’d like us to add a business, please be aware that all listings of businesses on Waze using the editor we access must have unbiased information, no taglines, or descriptions based on opinion.

Please also note that the list of Services provided are restricted to the ones I provided in my original message. I have used the ones I assume are relevant, as custom services are currently not a feature.
