Thoughts on how to handle the UR here at Rt 202 and Naaman’s Rd?

Waze really likes doing U-turns on this stretch of Rt 202 for some reason, and I don’t know why. From Concorde Mall and about a mile North of there toward PA I keep running into this kind of UR. Often coming from 202 South, but this time they’re trying to go straight across.
I haven’t asked the user for details but it’s pretty clear what their problem is.
