How to plan route during Major Traffic Event ahead of time?

I wonder if it’s possible to plan a route near a Major Traffic Event a few days ahead of time ?

Specifically, I want to plan a route to the centre of Eindhoven, The Netherlands, during the Eindhoven Marathon on October 12.
A Major Traffic Event for this marathon is already available in waze (https://www.waze.com/events/marathon-eindhoven)
But I want to know the route a few days ahead of time (now) so I can make plans where to park

As far as I know road closures are loaded few (2-3 days) before the event, while info on the event on web page is loaded earlier and independently from the closures. You may try to plan a route using live map and it should be possible if file with closures has been loaded.
