Construction has been extended and Howell School Rd is still closed from E of the Lums Pond entrance (Buck Jersey Rd) to RC Peoples Blvd. This closure was active on the map for most of the year but must have been removed from the Del-DOT planned completion date. They’ve also updated the dates on their restrictions list with a new target completion date of 12/17/2017.
Tried to report this in the app but couldn’t find the right option.

I set it to 12/17 but if you end up seeing that it’s different please let me know. Thanks for being the local eyes on this! 
By the way, I’ll just add this… Those “duration” notices on DelDOT pages can be crap. For example. This is still up as a current closure. This ramp is closed. Verified tonight via a traffic cam too. Been closed nightly. Note the duration says it ended on September 6th…

Check http://www.deldot.gov/map. For the same closure, it shows “Duration: 09/06/2017 12:00 AM to 10/06/2017 12:00 AM”.
