I-95 Exit Numbers Changing in Rhode Island

I’d like to put a discussion post here to monitor the changing of the I-95 Exit numbers in Rhode Island. This project has been talked about for a long time, but is finally happening over the next couple of weeks. They already changed a few of the exits earlier this week, and a handful will be done each week until they complete the entire corridor.

I know the GIS team at RIDOT wants to keep things as up to date as possible with mapping services, so I figured it would be good to have an active discussion thread where we can post daily updates (and the editing team can be aware of the changes needed).

It looks like all I-95 Exit numbers have been updated and the work is finished. Can probably un-pin this and consider it closed for now. At some point in the future, we’ll have to remove all references to “Old Exit #…” but for now I think it’s great that they stay as is.
