I-95 S New Haven Shifts to New Bridge 7/26

I’ve already submitted the ramp closures to Waze (through the new system, so we don’t have to do them manually).

I’ll edit the map Thursday night, so the changes get caught in the Friday 18:00 UTC update which should go live 8AM Saturday to shift I-95 to the new bridge.

Please note that the Ramps to I-91 N & CT-34 W will not be in the correct location as they will be using the OLD SPAN from 10pm Friday to 8am Saturday, but then switching to the new location. When I make the above changes I’m planning on moving the ramps to their new locations - as we can’t support a 10-hour segment at this time.

Alright, Changes made… I got it as best as I can with the maps provided… And I did it with out deleting any segments - and I only had to add one.

There are a couple of extra junction nodes on I-95 that I’ll take care of on Monday. I don’t want to touch them yet because we are using the new Traffic Center to deal with the ramp closures and I don’t want to change any existing segment IDs.
