I Have Shape Files to Al Kut City Drawing by Arc Gis Program , can I update the map by it

I can send you the files with correct coordinate system and you can upload to the map

or You give me permission to do that …
or any thing help with this case

The city polygon on Waze is made based on the segments on which the city name is applied. There is no tool that the community can use to do any import from third party sources or files.
