I need to change a client business address

Hi There,

Approximately a month ago, a client of mine moved to a new building and I’m struggling to change the address on Waze.

Please could someone give me a “How to” to change this address or assist me in getting this fixed.

Sorry for my english…

There are two ways to do it.
First (simplest, need only a smartphone) :

  • Suppress old POI,
  • Do a new one in the good point.

Second (save all informations, need a computer) :

  • On WME, move old POI
    Since moving POI is limited to 1/4 mile (1430 feet or435 m), you must to move your POI for 400 m and save it, then move again for 400 m, and save it (…) ; it can be veryyyyyy long !
